At Beautiful Moments by Elka, we aim to ensure your handmade jewellery arrives safely and on time. Please read the information below regarding order processing, shipping times and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All jewellery is carefully handmade and prepared to order.

  • Standard items are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Personalised or custom-made items may require 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Locations

Beautiful Moments by Elka currently ships to:

  • Gibraltar

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and postal service conditions.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Gibraltar: 1–3 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

. Customs & Import Charges

For international orders outside Gibraltar, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges:

  • Are determined by the destination country

  • Are not included in the product price

  • Must be paid by the recipient

Beautiful Moments by Elka is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

 

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is correct at the time of purchase.

Beautiful Moments by Elka is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost:

  • Please contact us

  • We will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier

However, Beautiful Moments by Elka cannot guarantee replacement or refund for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and item

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Returns Policy.
